报告摘要：In this talk, we present some sufficient conditions for the nonemptiness and the compactness of the solution set of nonconvex optimization problems with unbounded constraint sets via asymptotic cones and generalized asymptotic functions. Next, we show that these conditions are also useful for studying the solution stability of nonconvex optimization problems under linear perturbations.

报告人简介：Nguyen Van Tuyen，河内第二师范大学副教授，博士生导师，长期从事向量优化理论、二阶变分分析理论等研究工作，在Mathematical Programming, SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, Journal of Global Optimization, Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications等优化顶级期刊发表学术论文30余篇。现任河内第二师范大学数学银河国际 副院长，国际SCI期刊Optimization编委。
